Zion National Park Holiday Weekend Crowds Expected
Memorial Day Weekend tends to be one of Park’s busiest weekends.
Morning Traffic Delays Entering Park from Springdale, April 4 and 5, 2017
Lanes entering Zion National Park’s South Entrance will be closed for 15 minute intervals 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday April 4, and Wednesday April 5, 2017. In preparation of moving the South Entrance Monument, in order to accommodate more entrance lanes, Park archaeologists will be 3D laser scanning the Monument.

Scenic Drive Rock Slide Area Clearing Operation Underway

Shuttles Run Weekends Only Through November 20 in Zion National Park
The mandatory Zion National Park shuttles will run on weekends only through November 20 and also on November 24, 25 and 26, 2016. Both the Springdale Shuttle and Zion Canyon Shuttle lines will be operational to help with the Thanksgiving holiday traffic. All shuttle bus operations will end for the 2016 season on the evening of Saturday, November 26, 2016.

Zion National Park is heading into its late fall season. Striking fall colors and beautiful weather make it a great time to visit the park. It is also the time of year that the park shuttle service makes changes to its schedule.
